Cycling revolution is upon us - and it needs help
Who will make London's roads their own? Fresh from bating Transport for London by claiming bus lanes should be open to minicabs as well as black cabs, John Griffin - chairman of private hire vehicle firm Addison Lee - provoked a furious response on Twitter by writing a column in which he seemed to pin much of the blame for cars hitting bikes on cyclists for daring to venture on to roads in the first place.
